One of the ways to continue improving the sustainability of the production system is through the application of genetic improvement programs based on the use of information from crossbred pigs. This improvement system is based on the control of productive yields and carcass and meat quality in crossbred pigs resulting from the crossing of different breeds. From the information generated, the purebred parents that produce the most efficient and best quality animals can be identified.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86da6b2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"86da6b2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b7f0e1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b7f0e1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">The aim<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d09922 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d09922\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The main objective of the project is to investigate new digital technologies within a blockchain system, to improve the individual genealogical traceability of animals and improve the sustainability of pork production.<\/p><p>The Blockchain system will allow agri-food companies to have true and automated information traceability to avoid accidental errors associated with the intervention of the farm operator. In this way, decisions can be made quickly and in real time. It will also allow the data of each batch to be analyzed objectively and correctly, optimizing the production processes in pig farms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
